Join us to hear from workers and independent unions as well as members of parliament from the Labor Party & Workers Party of Turkey on how workers are organizing under repressive conditions in Turkey, while the president of Birtek-sen, which organizes textile, weaving and leather worker unions, remains under arrest since a collective bargaining & strike wave push in February.

This event will take place virtually on Zoom at 1PM (New York), 10AM (California), 8PM (Turkey)

Write to your reps to pressure the Turkish gov't to release Birtek-sen president Mehmet Türkmen & end the repression of workers.
