Start: Saturday, February 04, 202310:00 AM

End: Saturday, February 04, 2023 1:00 PM

Climate Action Plymouth is launching a new book written by one of our members: Combustion-Free Heat Power and Energy for Plymouth. This will be the initial event in our campaign for warm homes powered by clean energy (part of the national United for Warm Homes campaign https://unitedforwarmhomes.uk/). We are inviting a range of stakeholders, including technical experts, key local politicians and representatives of local environmental groups to particpate, as well as members of the public. We want to host an in-depth debate with a variety of local voices involved.

This is a 3-hour public event (10 am – 1 pm) where David Bricknell, the author of the book will present his analysis of sources of heat, power and energy and how they can contribute to solving the energy crisis, followed by a question-and-answer session, a panel discussion and the opportunity for everyone to particpate in a lively debate.

Free entry. Light refreshments will be provided free of charge.

Ground floor venue accessible to those with limited mobility.
