Happy New Year everyone!

We're getting together to continue to Build STL DSA's Base by planning our inter-member canvas.  This is the fun part because we all get to meet new people and make new comrade friends! I don't know about you, but the isolation of the pandemic makes me feel out of touch with my fellow human, so I'm excited to talk to people again.

Also, we're going to revisit the Community Committee charter and do some rewrites.  Per a discussion with other leaders, we think it would be good to increase the democratic aspects of our organization by making the chair(s) of a committee elected ad hoc by membership.  Since Community Committee chair elections are coming up in March, we need to get our charter in-line for such a vote.
