Come out to the 4th Annual Native Plant Festival (9 AM - 4 PM, New Hanover County Arboretum, 6206 Oleander Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403) and learn about what plants are native to the Cape Fear Region at the 4th Annual Native Plant Festival. Get tips on what could succeed in your garden, stroll through the newly created Native Plant Garden, purchase native plants from local vendors, and grab a bite at one of the food trucks.

Then, join the Plastic Ocean Project at their Grand Opening (11 AM - 6 PM, 4709-1 College Acres, Wilmington, NC, 28403) with Yoga at 11 AM, followed by a celebration including live music, food and drinks, a little world-changin' science, and entertainment for the young ones.
