Climate Psychology Alliance - North American

Climate related emotions can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. What's more, we can often feel as though we are alone in experiencing them. When we are deeply engaged in outer, action driven work, we can often experience burnout or stress and we need to incorporate some inner, self-care. This experiential presentation will provide you with a solid understanding of the most commonly experienced climate related emotions, along with practical tools you can begin to integrate into your daily life to better cope with them. During this Integrative Response to Climate Emotions presentation  you will have an opportunity to better understand your climate emotions through an experiential art directive. Integrative Creative Arts Therapist Mor Keshet will lead this interactive workshop, providing you with the opportunity to feel more resourced and prepared to continue your important climate action work with greater agency and resilience.
