The January Executive Board meeting will start at 11:00am on Thursday, January 24  in Grand 2 meeting room. The Board will meet again on Friday, January 25 starting at 9am. Meals to be provided are lunch and dinner on January 24, breakfast and lunch provided January 25.

The Council Policy Committee meetings will convene on Saturday January 26 at 10 am with a plenary session in the Grand 2-3meeting room.  Light refreshments and coffee will be provided starting at 9am. Immediately following the  general session  all Policy committees will break into their individual committee groups.

Travel Guidelines:

Council will cover the mileage, meals and travel (lodging and airfare) for Council Executive Board members.

Local Union will cover the mileage, meals and travel (lodging and airfare) for their Policy Delegates. Per your local unions travel policy. The guest room rate for the January Policy meeting is $165.00 plus taxes and parking.

There are time frames for making reservations. Please submit your travel request by January 7 because after this deadline member(s) will be responsible for their own arrangements. The reimbursement for airline travel will be based on average cost and lodging will be reimbursed at the $165.00 WFSE contracted rate or lower.
