Joe Biden is coming to Chicago. Let's let him know that he's not welcome. Our "Crash the DNC" campaign will be canvassing at Wicker Park Fest to let working class Chicagoans know about the March on DNC coalition marches in August and the political alternative to the major parties we're building with DSA.

Before we head out we'll go through a brief training. If you're new to canvassing, we'll pair you with a more experienced buddy.

Please RSVP by Saturday afternoon at the latest so we know how many people to expect. Look out for a text from organizers with more information as the canvass approaches.

If there is light rain, we'll most likely proceed with canvassing. If there is heavy rain or storms we'll cancel.

We will plan to meet at the park noted which is a few block north of the festival. We will distribute lit and canvass in front of the North festival entrance on Milwaukee until Jamila Woods' set starts. We will then enjoy her set, leave a few minutes before she wraps, and canvass/distribute lit to festival goers on their way out by the North festival entrance.
