Creating a Better UNE through Collective Bargaining
Start: Thursday, September 08, 2022•12:30 PM
There are serious issues at UNE. We have a chance to rebuild and make UNE a better place to work, study and research.
This begins with ensuring that staff are respected at work - in both words and action.
The National Tertiary Education Union has a plan to use collective bargaining to make our workplace better by:
* Creating secure jobs
* Reducing burnout and overwork among professional and academic staf
* Filling all vacant roles
* Securing a fair payrise for all staff
We can only do this if we work together.
Please join us for a forum where we will discuss the results of the UNE Staff Wellbeing Survey and talk about NTEU members' plans to address staff wellbeing by making UNE a better place to work.
