Hello and thank you for hosting a Walkout to Vote event on November 6, 2018. On the next page, please complete the following fields by following these guidelines and instructions.
1) Event Title: The event title should be your SCHOOL NAME + Walkout to Vote (e.g. -- "MAIN STREET HIGH SCHOOL WALKOUT TO VOTE") 2) Event Date: November 6, 2018 3) Event Time: Please enter the time of your event 4) Event Location: Please enter the location of your event. 5) Feel free to enter information in the event description box. 6) The form for your attendees to fill out is complete. Please do not edit it. 7) Please do NOT click the button to allow attendees to bring guests. 8) If you need to limit the number of attendees based on the size of your space, there is a field at the bottom of the form to put a cap on the number of people who can RSVP.
When you click the SAVE AND GO TO NEXT STEP button, you may get a popup which says "Are you sure you want to create an action without a sponsoring group?". You can click CONTINUE to bypass that question.
9) At the bottom of the "THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT" page, you can include Instructions for your attendees, if you would like.
