To permanently stop the Dakota Access Pipeline form being completed, the banks funding the $3.8 Billion Dollar project must withdraw their financial backing. We will gather at TD Ameritrade, march to Suntrust, Wells Fargo and loop back and finish in front of TD who is a key lender on a $2.5 Billion loan.
