XR Derby June Planning Meeting

Please let us know if you can attend this event, using the form provided on this page. We would like to have some idea of numbers :)

One key goal for this meeting is to recruit individuals to help build XR Derby.

See the image below for the various teams and projects that are currently set up on XR Derby Basecamp.

Ideally we will get 2 to 3 people prepared to coordinate activity in each of the teams, supported by others.

Agenda is to include:

• Biscuits and welcome!
• Overview of the structure of XR, and discussion of the XR Derby groupings
• Describe purpose of the online collaboration tool (Basecamp) - training available!
• Break into sub-groups to work on specific areas (e.g. introduction to XR talk; media and social media strategies; training; actions; diversity and inclusion; ...)
