Last Saturday's protest at the Westfield North County Mall entrance was another success!  We counted 120 attendees.  And Channel 39 and Channel 10 News were both there!  The visibility was great, members that work during the week appreciate our Saturday time, and the central location is working well!  

Doggy Day Theme

Our theme this next week?  Dogging Dirty Duncan to resign! Play around with the dog theme - Hounding Hunter, Dirty Dog, etc.  And if you have a friendly dog, bring your dog and get some photos for media with your Protesting Pet!

Focus for this next week is:

• Investigate Russian Interference in 2016 Election: Tell Hunter co-sponsor the Protecting Our Democracy Act (bill number H.R. 356). This bill would create an independent commission to investigate Russian interference in our elections.

• The Federal Budget:  Tell Hunter that we don’t want Congress to spend one penny more to fund Trump’s deportation force, detention facilities or border wall. Tell him we don’t want funding for essential programs cut.

• Demand Trump’s Tax Returns:  Demand that Hunter support HR 305 the Presidential Tax Transparency Act that would require Donald Trump to make his tax returns public.

Parking

Park in the general vicinity of Macaroni's but please don't park adjacent to the restaurant.  They had security there patrolling the parking lot because they didn't want their customer's inconvenienced by us.  So just be respectful and give them parking space.  

Bring your signs - bring your chants - let's be heard!
