Join us for a free Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training designed for agricultural professionals and service providers in the North Bay. Hosted at EarthSEED, an Afro-indigenous farm and education center near Sebastopol, participants will be guided by locally-based DEI trainer Kirstyne Lange for an interactive workshop to help foster more equitable organizations, provide more culturally-appropriate services, and better understand the history and current circumstances of our diverse agricultural communities.
