The Education Committee presents: DSA Movie Night! This month, we'll be watching "Dolores." It's a film about Dolores Huerta, who raised 11 children while wrestling with gender bias, union defeat and victory, and nearly died after a San Francisco Police beating. The movie tells Dolores Huertas' story of bucking 1950s gender conventions to co-found the country's first farmworkers union.

All accessibility standards on the Milwaukee DSA In-Person / Hybrid Meeting Checklist (based on the Accessibility Standards for Meetings) will be met for this event to the best of our ability. Please note that we will meet at the North Room on the second floor of Zao MKE Church, which is not wheelchair accessible. Do not hesitate to reach out to the host of this event as soon as possible if you will have trouble reaching the second floor; if we are informed in advance, we will do our best to find a room on the first floor to meet.
