Guide for organizers - Laudato Si Week 2021
Register your event and join hundreds of thousands of Catholics around the world to celebrate Laudato Si' Week.

Before you begin, we invite you to read the steps to follow for registering an event or activity:

1. If this is the first time you are using Action Network, you will need to create an account when registering the event.
2. Fill in all the fields in the event form. You can find event suggestions in the "Event ideas for Laudato Si' Week" section on this page.
3. If it is an offline / face-to-face event, you must fill in all the address fields. Tip: in the "Location Name" field you should include the name of the place where the event will take place or a reference, for example: my house.
4. If it is an online event, in the fields related to the address you can put the name of the platform where the event will take place or the link to participate, for example "zoom". Please note that the only field you will have to fill in correctly is the country, for which you must choose your country from the drop-down menu.
5. IMPORTANT: Please, in the field called "Host Contact Information" include the type of event you are organizing, you can copy and paste any of the following options:
a. Offline / Face-to-Face Event
b. Live Broadcast (social media or radio)
c. Online prayer meeting
d. Online workshop or training
e. Other online event
f. Global Day of Action event
6. In addition, in the lower fields of the form you can add an image and a brief description of your event.
7. Make sure all the information is complete and correct. Once you are ready, click on the button to save your event.

Remember that you can log in to your account to manage your event and also invite people to participate, don't forget to share it with your friends and family!
