The Educator Diversity Act is landmark legislation focused on increasing the recruitment and retention of diverse educators by establishing multiple pathways to certification, increasing uniformity in diversity plans and goals, as well as establishing Educator Diversity Councils and a statewide Educator Diversity Data Dashboard.
