In light of the devastating breaking news that the Supreme Court is voting to overturn abortion rights by striking down Roe v. Wade, members of the DSA-LA Healthcare Justice Committee would like to invite members of DSA-LA to attend an emergency Zoom meeting at 7:30pm on Tuesday, May 3rd.
In light of the devastating breaking news that the Supreme Court is voting to overturn abortion rights by striking down Roe v. Wade, members of the DSA-LA Healthcare Justice Committee would like to invite members of DSA-LA to attend an emergency Zoom meeting at 7:30pm on Tuesday, May 3rd.
This meeting will be hosted by the women of HJC and we would like it to be an opportunity for those personally affected by anti-choice legislation to have their voices heard.
We are angry and we need a space to share, discuss, and organize immediate, actionable next steps.
