Rally online half-hour before the VACU annual member meeting

Dear fellow VACU member-owners,

The VACU board is trying to rig our election for the board of directors. (If you haven't yet, sign the letter to the board and learn more.)

VACU is holding our annual meeting by WebEx from 4pm to 4:30pm on Wednesday, March 23rd. (The link to register is here.) They're hoping you won't come.

Because we will still get to vote on Wednesday - if we show up! The VACU bylaws require that, even if there's only one candidate for a seat, there still must be a confirming voice vote.

That means, as much as the board would like to keep us on mute through the entire sham meeting, they can't -- not without violating our bylaws, which allows us to challenge the election afterwards.

They've got to unmute us and give us our chance to vote NAY, which will stop these incumbents from "winning" another term on the board.

We need you and every VACU member-owner you know to sign up to attend this meeting. We're calling an emergency member meeting online at 3:30p, half an hour before VACU’s WebEx, to rally together, go over the plan, and then virtually march together to the online member meeting.

Please exercise your democratic rights, and defend those of your fellow member-owners, by:

3. Using social, email, and anything else to spread the word (we've got tools on the next page.)

We need your help to get the word out. Other VACU member-owners are everywhere -- probably 5-10% of everyone in the Richmond area, and also all over the state. Your friends, family, colleagues, members of groups and organizations that you're a member of -- you likely know quite a few members, you just might not know they're members!
