Donald Trump, the Republicans and a bunch of Democrats have struck a temporary deal to end the shutdown and extend funding for CHIP. Yet we still do not have a long-term budget that funds community health clinics, protects 800,000 DREAMers, and funds disaster relief.

That's why it's vital that we still hold this event on January 23rd. It's imperative that our members of Congress and the media know where we stand—a spending bill must reflect the priorities of the vast majority of Americans not the Trump administration. The fight is not over! We'll make it clear that we hold Republicans, and the Democrats who caved in, responsible for this travesty and that we demand that they pass a clean Dream Act and fund community health clinics and desperately needed disaster relief.
