Women’s March Youth EMPOWER is calling for parents and allies to take part in a#NationalSchoolWalkout for 17 minutes at 10am across every time zone on March 14, 2018 to protest Congress’ inaction to do more than tweet thoughts and prayers in response to the gun violence plaguing our schools and neighborhoods. We need action.

The events taking place at the schools are for the students and staff ONLY. For security reasons, other adults should not be on the school campuses. If you are a student, please check with your school/student council. So as parents and allies, we choose to rally along with the Brady campaign in support of our students.
