European Youth Event 2023 - UBIE Youth Group - Call for Participants

The Youth Group of Unconditional Basic Income Europe (UBIE) has applied to host a workshop during the European Youth Event (EYE) 2023 in Strasbourg (the European Parliament's flagship event for youth)!
Being selected allows us not only to host an amazing workshop related to Unconditional Basic Income but also to gather a team of 18 young enthusiasts from all over Europe who will represent UBIE and the European youth in general in the event.
If you're reading this form, someone told you we're building an excellent team for our delegation and believes you can be part of it, so let's make it happen! Your responses in this form will convince us that you're a perfect match for a team that will take both our participation in the EYE2023 and the future work of UBIE to the next level, so take your time and give your best answers here!
This year, the EYE2023 will be held on June 9-10. In light of the European and global context and ahead of the European elections in 2024, part of the programme will focus on the role of democracy and youth engagement.

Disclaimer: for this round of applications we're only looking for applicants we can sponsor with a European Parliament grant (already approved), which unfortunately means citizens and residents of EU member/candidate states only!

To overcome the challenges ahead of European societies, in communities often bound by the social construct of the last decades, what new ideas should be implemented for relevant evolutionary jumps towards our ideal societies?
The nature of work is changing faster than ever due to globalisation, digitalisation and AI - what are our top priorities for a better Europe and more specifically what could be the new outstanding proposals that we should support and implement in our societies?
Join us to discover and develop them together!
We’ll also present a powerful one, unconditional basic income, and check how it compares or whether it can boost the other solutions we've built together in this interactive workshop!
