Come play, socialize, and meet all the folks who are a part of South Bay Swing Left … and that includes you!

For seven months, we’ve been working to flip California’s 10th Congressional District from red to blue in order take control of the House of Representatives in 2018. We’ve teamed up with the California Democratic Party and local activists in the district to repeal and replace their Republican representative.

On Saturday, October 14, 2017, 1:00pm-4:00pm, you’re invited to meet with South Bay Swing Left and like-minded folks in Campbell, California. RSVP now. At the Swing Left Fall Kickoff — our first meeting in the South Bay since Spring — you will:

• Catch up with friends from Swing Left and various progressive movements including Orchard City Indivisible, Democratic Club of Greater Tracy, the San Joaquin County Democratic Party, and more

• Get introductory info and learn who we are and what we’re doing if you’re on the fence about Swing Left or just want to find out what it’s all about

• Participate in breakout sessions that increase your knowledge and skills if you’re already a volunteer. Examples: voter registration; canvassing neighborhoods; or simply talking to people about issues like healthcare, housing, jobs, and civil rights

• Bring us YOUR IDEAS to help win back the House in 2018 and then keep it blue

• Find out about our upcoming actions in the CA-10 district, as well as local actions in Santa Clara County and ways you can affect change throughout the nation

• Hear about how YOU CAN HELP us right now, from the comfort of your own office or living room.
