Call Jamie Dimon at Chase Bank

Start: Wednesday, September 25, 2019 9:00 AM

Help call-storm the office of Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase (a/k/a Chase Bank), the world's leading lender to the fossil fuel industry. They have lent over $196 billion to fossil fuel companies since the Paris Climate Agreement was signed in late 2015, and so are both helping cause the ongoing climate disaster and profiting from it. Activists across the country have been pressing Chase to change its ways for over a year. Flooding the CEO's office with calls this month is part of that campaign. 350Mass agreed to take September 25 - let's do this!

It's simple: just call 212-270-1111 during business hours (9 to 5) on Sept. 25. Give whoever answers a short message such as the following (feel free to personalize this):

"Hello, my name is ____. I'm calling Jamie Dimon's office today to urge him to stop giving loans to the fossil fuel industry. I want him to do this for the sake of people around the world and the future of our planet. As a consumer, I will refuse to bank with any company that is so out of touch that they're still funding fossil fuels."

After you call, you can report it at https://act.350.org/letter/call-jamie/

Please RSVP here under "Attend This Event" so we can see how we're doing and email you a reminder next week.
