This November, the internationally acclaimed Fearless Cities summit will be coming to the UK and to South Yorkshire for the first time.

This year's summit will focus on the theme of reimagining our commons through neighbourhoods of care.

We’re bringing together the local and the global, with community organisers, campaigners, politicians, grassroots movements, civil society organisations and those working in local and regional institutions close to home and further afield.

The summit this year will have a foundational programme of speakers, panel sessions, workshops and assemblies for citizens, organisations and communities.

Together, we’ll explore the many economic, ecological and social challenges that we collectively face, and learn from and the ways that communities across the world are responding.

*Please note the Friday event will be an evening gathering for those travelling to Sheffield a day early to meet each other and other local activists. The main summit will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
