I am disappointed that [SENATOR NAME] has not committed to blocking Gorsuch's nomination to the Supreme Court with a filibuster.

This Supreme Court seat was stolen from Merrick Garland last year. It's crucial to the legitimacy of the court that Gorsuch not be confirmed. This is an urgent issue with far-reaching implications.

I'd also like to ask the Senator to press Gorsuch on his own opinions about the way Garland's nomination was handled. Can the Senator please ask Gorsuch: "Do you think the Senate fulfilled its constitutional duties with respect to the nomination of Merrick Garland in March last year?"
