Fitzroy North: Heading for Extinction and What to Do About It

Start: Monday, April 19, 2021 6:00 PM

End: Monday, April 19, 2021 7:15 PM

We're heading for extinction.

Is there anything we can do about it?

If we told the truth about the ecological and climate emergency and act as though the truth is real can we have a hand in changing our future?

This info session will be a talk about the climate and biodiversity emergency, Extinction Rebellion's history and principles, and how Extinction Rebellion is taking non-violent direct action to tackle the crisis head on. We really are in with a shot.

Where: Community Room at Bargoonga Nganjin (North Fitzroy Library)
182-186 St Georges Rd

When: 5:50pm for a 6pm start.   Talk will conclude at 7:15pm.

You are very welcome (but not obliged) to stick around afterward to make connections with some of the XR Yarra crew :)

All welcome. Please RSVP so we can ensure that we comply with number limits.

Please comply with Covid-19 regulations in your attendance at this event.
