Food Choices & Climate Change: Diets That Make a Difference

Dr. Jolene Bowers is a public health scientist with a PhD in molecular biology, specializing in the impact we have on our environment and influences our environment has on us, as we are all in a "One Health" ecosystem. In her research, she has discovered that switching to a whole food, plant-based diet is a powerful way to help curb most, if not all, of our major public health threats, including our current climate crisis.

This online zoom presentation is open to the public and you must register to receive the link to join.
