This is a virtual event

The Pluralism Project is hosting  a foreign policy update regarding the Kashmir Crisis on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at 1:00pm. Speakers will include political activists, foreign policy analysts and a representative from The Pluralism Project. Kashmir is a disputed princely state sandwiched between three global nuclear powers with a history of deadly conflicts: India, China and Pakistan. While some Kashmiris openly support independence, the status of the former principality has been in flux since 1947, with several UN Security Council mandates being ignored by all sides. Come learn what the situation is within Kashmir today, and what implications it has for American foreign policy and even more importantly, the upcoming American elections.
