On October 19, 2021, Frontier Airlines management posted an update to our Dependability Policy that AFA Frontier feels is unnecessarily detrimental to the Flight Attendant work group.

We have received an incredible amount of feedback from many of you and we are taking action against one of the most restricting Dependability Policies in the airline industry.

On November 15, AFA Frontier will engage in a leafleting campaign at one of our most active bases, MCO, and we need your assistance in letting both our passengers and Frontier Airlines management know that this deleterious change of policy is not OK.

Join us on November 15, between 1400-1600, and help us show management that we believe their updated policy is excessively punitive to each of our more than 2800 Flight Attendants currently working to take our valued passengers to their destinations.
