Following last year's webinar on How to Structure Your Group (recording here), we're excited to finally dig deeper into questions of group structure with a three-part series!

Part one of our structure series will tackle the question of how to distribute leadership throughout your group. We often hear from groups that because only one or two people are holding most of the work, turnover in group membership can be really disruptive and the amount of time and energy spent holding a group together is hard to sustain. Join us to learn more about sharing and transferring leadership roles and responsibilities, and how best to build informal structures that distribute workload in sustainable ways.

This series will be facilitated by Maggie Knight, an experienced strategist and operations generalist with roots in the climate justice movement who has built expertise in leading and growing organizations doing cutting-edge advocacy.

Come prepared with questions and ready to engage with Maggie and each other so that we can use some of this time for direct support!

Note: This webinar is intended for Future Ground Network members. Make sure that 1-3 members of the local group you organize with have signed our local group agreement.
