As part of our Phone Zap + Speaker Series, come hear Kelsey Gallagher, a Senior Researcher at Project Ploughshares, speak about Canada's arms trade with Israel.

Project Ploughshares is a Waterloo-based peace research institute with a focus on disarmament efforts, the protection of civilians, and the intersection of climate, peace, and security. Kelsey’s research focuses on conventional arms controls and the Canadian arms trade. He monitors Canada’s export of conventional weapons and their use in conflict abroad.

About the speaker

Kelsey is a Senior Researcher at Project Ploughshares, a Waterloo-based peace research institute. His research focuses on conventional arms controls and the Canadian arms trade. He monitors Canada's export of weapons and their use in conflict abroad. Kelsey holds an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies and a BA in Political Science.
