Party with a Purpose!!!

Prepare to party, celebrate, and support the ACA! The healthcare law turns 7 on March 23, and we plan to hold a birthday party for the bill. We also plan to make it clear that we reject the #TrumpDon’tCare AHCA bill. This will be a fun, social event with a real purpose behind it. We will eat cake! We will hear from speakers who have benefited from the ACA in crucial ways. We will hear why TrumpCare is NOT an acceptable option. We will have a few fun action items for party-goers to participate in that we will deliver to Cory Gardner’s office. We want to urge Senator Gardner to stand strong in his recent promise NOT to repeal the ACA due to the replacement bill’s heartless stance on Medicaid. We will also invite the Senator and members of his staff (though we doubt they will come). We will invite the press, too. This event is hosted by the newly formed OFA Denver Neighborhood Team, and we would love to have you get to know us!

NOTE: There is a gate at this location, so you will need to provide your name to the guard to access the venue.  There is parking both in the lot and on the street.  We will provide a list of  names to the guard based on everyone who RSVPs. So, if you want to bring more than one person, make sure each person RSVPs. Thanks!  We have limited space (about 75 people), but we will accept additional RSVPs in case of no-shows.
