The UN ban on nuclear weapons, TPNW, has come into force. Why are the Nordic countries lacking? What can the governments and popular movements of the Nordic countries do now? The UN Convention on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) enters into force on 22 January 2021 after 50 states have ratified the Convention. How long will the Nordic countries be outside? How can we in the Nordic countries work together for our governments to sign and later ratify the convention? Can we in civil society inspire each other by sharing our experiences?
