Your HOPE Executive Board invites you to the HOPE Local 123 Meet & Confer Rally on Tuesday, August 15th, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hermann Square stairs of City Hall (901 Bagby, Houston, TX 77002).

In 2006, City Workers in Houston won the right to "Meet & Confer" with the City on issues like pay, benefits, and policies and procedures. The resulting Agreement is adopted by ordinance in City Council, making the document stronger than Department Policies.

It's a good thing that City Workers have the right to participate collectively as HOPE Members to support the changes we all want to see. We know that change doesn't happen without action! That's why the campaign starts NOW!

This month marks the last year of our current 2021 Meet & Confer Agreement (Linked HERE!) What will the next level of raises, benefits, and policies and procedures look like? EVERY City Employee will have a say in the answer!
