Resist Here is holding trainings to equip people with skills to present to their local Advisory Neighborhood Committees (ANCs) on progressive campaigns in DC that would change the fabric of our communities. Once you have ANC support on an issue, that communicates to our elected officials how much the community cares and encourages them to do the right thing on progressive legislation.

In addition to meeting other organizers and volunteers trying to make a difference in DC, you will learn the skills to be a community advocate, get tips on how to give a knockout presentation, and give you the opportunity to workshop your presentation with the support of the organizers there to answer your questions.
