Ever wanted to learn how to get involved in Community Sponsorship? This session is your opportunity to do so!

Just a few months ago, the Home Office announced the restart of the Community Sponsorship scheme, a life-changing opportunity for ordinary citizens to welcome and resettle a refugee family in their local neighbourhood. This is a perfect challenge for Citizens UK member institutions, and in this session, you will learn about the practical steps of sponsoring a family and how to involve your local community.

If you are a Citizens UK leader or member institution rep looking to bring community sponsorship work to your Chapter alliance, make sure to come along to this event. Learning will be guided by leaders and Organisers from Sponsor Refugees and Citizens UK with stories and experience of resettling refugee families safely in the UK.
