Group meetings can be grueling and even deter the progress of your organization. There are some tried and true practices that can ensure meetings are productive, efficient, and fulfilling.

Organizing begins with internal communication in how, what, when, where, and why we communicate with each other. A group meeting as a form of internal communication is a central event in any organization. This is where agendas are considered, issues are prioritized, subjects are discussed, brainstorming or planning occurs, and decision making tries to propel the mission and the organization forward.

We will cover the four principles of a good meeting:
