Texting can be a powerful tool in a grassroots canvassing operation. You can use texting programs to recruit your base to events and volunteer opportunities, to follow-up with voters you’ve talked to at the door, and to remind people to turnout to vote. This workshop will review tools that can help you to organize and carry out an effective texting program, and we’ll dig into best practices.
