Human Rights Day of Action
Start: Saturday, December 10, 2022• 1:00 PM
End: Saturday, December 10, 2022• 5:00 PM

We’re inviting you to join us for Human Rights Day of Action.
As San Diego families continue to experience a worsening housing crisis that has now made San Diego the most unaffordable City in the nation, we are coming together as a community to envision a new housing reality for our City and our region.
Families are working multiple jobs to keep their children safely housed, while facing wrongful evictions, landlord harassment, stolen security deposits, and poor housing conditions, particularly for low-income and senior residents. This impacts their ability to stay in communities they belong to and have called home, risk their job security, and disrupts the education of their children.
On Dec. 10th we will be celebrating International Human Rights Day of Action and stand with our families, our allies, and partners to create a bold and equitable regional vision for housing.
There will be interactive activities, kids' arts table, speakers, musical performance, and food. Interpretation in Arabic, Somali, and Dari will be provided. All are welcome!
Please join us on December 10th 2022, 1:00pm-5:00pm at the City Heights Performance Annex located at 3795 Fairmount Ave, San Diego, CA 92105.
