After our victory against National Grid’s poisonous LNG vaporizers and Phase 5 of the NBK pipeline, they’ve returned with a vengeance – they are asking for nearly one billion dollars to expand and extend the life of their decrepit facility at the head of the NBK pipeline and to fill our streets with new pipelines that would leak gas for five decades. We won’t allow a billion-dollar rate hike to pay for infrastructure that will damage our communities and climate.  

We can win again by intervening in a state regulatory process called a Rate Case.
