Tomorrow, February 21st, is National Caregivers Day!

And it's the perfect time to hold a Its Your Mom Calling Zoom Room at 2pm e//1pm c//12pm m//11am p.

We will open the zoom room for thirty minutes to call Congress together! We'll have scripts and phone numbers for your elected representatives.

The topic: tax cuts and your money.

Right now, Congress is debating tax and budget plans. We know what we need...affordable childcare, paid leave (not to mention relief with our grocery bills, medical bills). But the relief we need is NOT reflected in the proposed tax and budget plans. They are looking to give tax cuts to the super rich and corporations to the tune of $4.5 trillion dollars and that's just not acceptable.

So, um hello elected official, it's your mom calling! We need to fund the essentials like childcare and not give more money to the richest of the rich. Our families and caregivers deserve better.
