This Friday, Deputy Secretary Chris Winters will be visiting Richmond with Reps Jana Brown and Marcia Gardner! We'll be closing out the day with beers at Stone Corral. We'd love for you to join us. It's a great chance to ask questions and learn more about Chris, voting rights, protecting democracy, supporting democracy, and all the amazing things the Secretary of State does for YOU!

As you may know, Secretary of State Jim Condos is retiring and Chris is running for his seat!

• Chris is experienced! He has been Jim Condos’ deputy for 7 years. He’s worked in the SoS office for 25! He’s ready to lead on Day One!

• Chris has demonstrated national leadership in a time of crisis - Chris made sure that Vermont had universal voting access during the pandemic. Doing that bolstered other states to do the right thing. He fought for us when Covid and anti-democratic forces threatened democracy.

• Chris is a problem-solver and career state employee, not a politician. The SoS is a highly technical job that Chris knows well. We don't think votes should be counted by politicians
