Join our free ‘Keep Ireland LNG-free’ webinar on Thursday, 4 February,
7pm-8.15pm. The webinar will explore the problems that liquefied natural
gas (LNG) poses in Ireland and abroad, the question of energy security,
and opportunities for individual and political action in support of
sustainable, safe energy in Ireland. Speakers include Professor Barry
McMullin, School of Electronic Engineering, Dublin City University;
Frida Kieninger, Food & Water Europe campaign officer working on a
ban on fracking in Europe; and Not Here Not Anywhere. Attendees will
come away with a stronger understanding of why LNG should not be part of
Ireland’s energy mix, and the importance of legislating to prevent the
construction of LNG terminals in Ireland.
Please register to attend this event and on the evening of the 4th February you will be sent the zoom link to join the webinar.
