You are signing-up to a phone bank for candidate Carmen de la Rosa, currently the Assemblywoman for Assembly District 72 in Upper Manhattan and Inwood. She is running for City Council District 10 currently the district of outgoing Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez who is term-limited.
