What does it mean to be a B.O.L.D. leader? It means you are willing to support (and drive) the association's efforts to:

*BUILD influence through one-of-a-kind professional development and advocacy initiatives.

*ORGANIZE public school employees to strengthen the collective voice of Louisiana’s dedicated public school employees.

*LEAD efforts in individual school districts to improve local education policies.

*DEMAND access to better educational experiences for Louisiana’s public school students.

If these efforts are put into place by committed LAE advocates, the association is sure to become a leader in enacting positive change in school districts across the state.
