March for Truth! On June 3rd local Indivisible groups will hold an empty-seat town hall for the residents of North Carolina’s 8th Congressional District, represented by Richard Hudson. The forum is in response to Rep. Hudson’s repeated refusal to hold a Town Hall with his constituents. In his absence voters will engage in a forum featuring speakers sharing their experience running for office, a panel of Health Policy Experts to discuss health insurance repeal, and reflections from local individuals thinking of running in the 8th Congressional District.

The town hall will begin at 3 PM at Village Hall in Pinehurst NC; it will be followed by a March for Truth rally and time to socialize in Cannon Park starting at 6 PM. Organizers will distribute a list of local food options for getting to-go meals between the forum and the rally.
