Learning Thursdays is back for November - this month we'll be looking at Race, Power and Privilege from a community organising perspective.

Join us for our Learning for Leaders session, on 5th November 16:00-17:15, providing an introduction to power and how we conduct power analyses during campaigns in order to win change.

How does power work in our society and our institutions, and how can we use power to get from the world as it is to the world that we want to see? This session is a starting point for thinking about how community organising helps us to answer these questions, and to think about the wider themes of race, power and privilege through a community organising lens.

Some optional introductory reading/listening to get leaders thinking:

Encouraging signs of a movement away from dubious ‘zero-tolerance’ approaches.
“We batter them with kindness!”

Register by filling in your details and you will receive the Zoom link for the session.

We hope you can make it!
