Dr Helena Richards has been a Thame Town Councillor since 2021 and is standing for Oxfordshire County Council. She has lived in the Thame area for over 20 years and raised her four children here. She is a part time doctor in the General Practice and hospital medicine and is passionate about promoting health and well being for all ages.
