HPAE Members want to see a strong contract and are bringing the message all the way to the Board of Governors.

Join the action to show Rutgers that we Deserve Respect and Aspire to Reclaim the Dignity of Our Work Through Winning a Fair Contract With Strong Job Security, Health and Safety Protections, Fair Workload, Safe Staffing Levels in Clinical Areas, Competitive Wages, Competitive Benefits Including vision care and equitable vacation accrual rates, Accessible Continuing Ed Funding, Expanded Tuition Reimbursement (5089) and Remission (5094) for Staff and Dependents, and lower, equalized parking costs.
