Description: If you have a professional license you have an obligation to know the laws that regulate your practice and that regulate your conduct even when you are not practicing. Learn about the types of situations that can lead to a Board investigation and the possible outcomes, including what becomes public information and how it can affect your reputation.

Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to enable the learner to recognize and avoid situations that could destroy one’s professional and personal reputation and be financially devastating.
